The Daytona 500 is almost upon us and the wait for its return has been one of great anticipation of what the year would bring. Will Smoke repeat his championship drive, will Jimmy Johnson return to his winning form, will Carl finally break through and win it for Jack Roush or will Kyle Busch grab it? These are but a few of the questions that are on the minds of NASCAR fans. One thing is certain...............the year will be filled with more drama and excitement than past years. The changes that NASCAR made to the cars will bring a new level of unknowns in a sport that seems to be in constant flux. Gone are the two car tandums on the superspeedways, replaced by the familar pack racing of the past decade. Gone are the carburators...........replaced with fuel injectors. The restrictor plates are still here however. Some things will never go away..........they remain like the nagging headache one gets standing in line at the DMV.
